Brushing your teeth properly is crucial for maintaining oral health and preventing cavities.

Dentists recommend brushing at least twice a day with fluoride toothpaste. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and hold it at a 45-degree angle to your gums. Gently move the brush back and forth in short strokes, covering all surfaces of your teeth. Don't forget to brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen your breath. Replace your toothbrush every three to four months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed.
